Once an order is placed and delivered, it is considered final.


2. No Refund After Delivery

After successful delivery of your product,
no refund, no return, and no exchange will be accepted for any reason (including size issues, color preference, or change of mind).


3. Valid Refund Scenarios

We only provide refunds under the following conditions:

a) Duplicate Payment

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment gateway issue, we will refund the extra amount after verification.

b) Technical System Fault

If a system error, server glitch, or technical fault causes incorrect billing or payment processing, a refund will be issued.

c) Order Cannot Be Delivered

If we are unable to deliver your ordered product for any reason, you will receive a full refund for the undelivered items.

All valid refunds will be processed after internal review and confirmation.

6. No Refund for Discounted or Promotional Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special discounts are strictly non-refundable unless they fall under the valid refund scenarios listed above.
